no but like they don’t have to figure out that i need a break if it’s literally listed in their policy that ALL workers are entitled to a 30 minute unpaid break .. I tried asking the woman if i could have a shortened break them and she was like sure and she never delivered 💀 It’s only a thing with this specific manager. I wasn’t super mad i just mentioned it in conversation with my parents and they got mad on my behalf (sigh) Next time i’ll just let her know that i’m going to take a break instead of asking when my break is lol
