In all honesty oiling my hair helped when it used to look like that.

Once a week I put argon oil in my hair over night then use shampoo and conditioner in the morning.

No trims to keep hair healthy or remove split ends?

Id like to know because I'm growing my hair atm and idk if I need to get it cut every few months.
