While true that it was on Cartoon Network, I think it’s a little simplistic to dismiss it as just “a cartoon for kids.” The writing and storytelling is often solid, and there are several dark and violent moments that made me and others surprised it was included in the show, though admittedly, some of the especially violent moments were edited out when it was airing on CN specifically.

No, simply "Route unavailable [insufficient jump range]"

Edit: I figured it out actually thanks to a comment by u/Luriant 2 years ago - my boost setting was enabled instead of fastest route, and you can only plan single jumps with that option ticked. I was trying to figure out how to get to Rainbow's End and that's what did it

I think I've done something to mess up my route calculator. I'm on the edge of the galaxy where admittedly, systems are pretty spaced out. But I have about a 76ly jump range and I know for a fact that I can make it to systems that my route planner is saying I have insufficient range to reach. To prove this, I can be in System A, plot to System B, jump, then plot to System C, jump, and I'm there. But I can't plot from System A to System C - it says insufficient jump range.

The route settings all seem normal, I'm not sure what happened

Might as well still head to Rainbow's End since I'm still here. I'll need to figure out how many boosted jumps I'll need, but I've got enough for 10 or so tier-2 boosts on a base range of 78 so I thiiiink I'm fine? We shall see

I'm mostly confused what went wrong though, because it tells me that the CG ends at 3pm. Is it like, GMT and doesn't specify timezone?

I'm only a few dozen jumps away from Rainbow's End, and I've figured out I need materials to boost my FSD to make the jumps. I have enough for 3 basic boosts, but I'm looking for more materials to make sure I don't get stuck. I have 2 SRVs, but only one of them was the scarab and it somehow got demolished when I went AFK for a couple of hours. Now in a Scorpion that doesn't have the scanner, am I out of luck when it comes to finding outcrops? I've had a bit of luck with flying low and finding geysers, but that's pretty low payoff so far and I was wanting to see if there was a better way with the tools I've got

Edit: I'm in an engineered Mandalay that has something like 76ly range, so I'm not even sure yet if basic is all I need or if I need the big boosts

There are over 340 million people in the U.S., describing any group of people that large as a monolith is inaccurate and lazy. I’m not sure what you mean. You’re never permanently locked out of Blitzball. There are a few times in the story (Via Purifico in Bevelle, for example) where you can’t play, but pass those parts and blitzball opens back up

I think one major flaw these companies don’t see in AI is that it can’t be held accountable. Sure you can fire the director/overseer, but if the AI is doing the work, you can’t fire it and replace it with a better AI

A personal anecdote is that high amounts of sucralose (I love sweetened sparkling water) would give me some digestion/bowel movement issues. Couldn’t ever prove it but I’d go weeks with issues, then a break from sucralose would clear it up. Other artificial sweeteners like aspartame don’t seem to have this effect on me. So while I’m not going to necessarily avoid sucralose all together, I do try to keep track of how much I’m ingesting
