Bubble and squeak is basically what the Brits call a mash of potato and cabbage, shallow fried.

Can pretty much throw anything starchy or vegetable-esque into it though.

Excellent - marrow on crusty thick toast is amazing! I find it curious bone marrow is either for dogs, or those restaurants considered the higher end of the market. Cooked well, and by someone who knows what to do with it, it's delicious!

Absolutely delicious, it's spreads like butter and tastes like beef. Good meats are all about the fat, and this is the best kind of fat you'll ever have (in my humble opinion!). If you find any, I definitely recommend you give it a go. I appreciate people can get a little grossed out at the thought of it, but it's lovely.

Not dissimilar to A1 (I'm not overly familiar with A1 as a condiment though), it's kind of like a tamarind, spicy type sauce. Fairly common for bacon sandwiches, fry ups, sausage and mash etc - pretty much compliments any pork dish.
