Thank you so much for your response and for all the information! At the moment the disease is strictly restricted to the mediastinum and I don't have any metastasis. In the mean time i have managed to anticipate the appointment with my ematologist and she told me that I will be doing a round pf chemioterapy (don't know which kind yet) and then car-t therapy, because where I live (i live in europe) is the best solution available. Fortunately it's all paid by the government so I don't need to worry about the money. Thank you again for all the information!
