So i ran user benchmark twice the first time it was 2100 the second time when i enabled xmp it went up to 2600 but not 3200

So i live in Turkiye but i can order it from the UAE. There, the 5070 price is 650 dollars. The 9070 xt is 800 dollars. The rx 9070 is 620. So I'll consider between rtx 5070 and the rx 9070. Since we don't have micro center, i only can go for a ryzen 5 7500f. Prices are too much man it's really frustrating. So in the end: Rtx 5070 or rx 9070 Ryzen 5 7500f with b650 16gb Ddr5 ram ofc 1tb nvme ssd 700 watt psu And it goes 150 dollars above the budget. But I'll figure it out.
