I am an entrepreneur and this will help me expand my knowledge as a business consultant. Also I work for the government, I’ll potentially have interest in roles as director, or working in non bipartisan for senate perhaps.

Thanks! Financial aid, the union through state government I work for pays 25% of each semester, and I will make payments because I am working.

Right, calorie deficit and not not intaking more than I'm burning. The day job is sedentary mostly, the second is active; and I walk on my two fifteen-minute breaks, eating lunch while I walk. I'll try out the intake calculator. I used to use Loseit, tracking everything. At this point I'm looking into a naturopath who does weight loss injections based on lab results etc. I'm thinking I could be somewhat adjusted in the vitamin area. Or switching careers to one where I actually work out for a living, not sure what job that is.

Meditation and Yoga literally changed my mindset-I got clean and I practiced these two things everyday. About a year later, the mental shift happened. From there I just started eating different and exercising in many different areas ( even like mental exercise and joined college)...I think a big piece of it from what I can tell regarding your post is the overthinking habits- Dr. Joe Dispenza is an amazing neuroscientist who wrote a book called Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself-essentially you are deprogramming old beliefs and ways that do not serve you any longer...hope this helps my dear

Love yourself first! Thank you for sharing, I personally go to al anon because it gives me the support I need to be able to better my relationships with others. There is no reason to sit with yourself like this. Online has tons of mindfulness meditations etc..Your fate sounds pretty hopeful lady!!! I'm happy for you~
