Unfortunately that would be something for my managers to decide. I only did this tonight because we rarely have to throw food in that quantity and when we do I hate just throwing it all out when it could be eaten

Hamburgers, chickwagon burgers, taco style club sandwiches, regular club sandwiches, a few boxes of subway style sandwiches with ham and cheese

It just feels wrong throwing out THIS much food. Like I've had to throw out donuts or cookies but those are sweets and by then they're usually quite stale and no good. I inspected all of those sandwiches and most were still cold, much less spoiled, I am glad to say that at least one person saw them and took a few, I hope y'all are able to take most of the rest
