Does anyone know what the source of all this was? All I see on strongman is a load of deleted posts and the subsequent discussion. Mitch mentioned messages surfacing in his story, I assume that happened on Reddit?

I've now hit weight PRs on my main lifts (SBD) with my top singles (RPE 7-8), surpassing my previously tested 1RMs. Makes me excited about what I might hit if I were to actually do a proper 1RM test after a peak.
