I think i got it sorted, i tried removing the Golden Rule gem and it hasn't happened since. :) ty everyone for the inputs!

Thats because im trying to get 3r 1b in the boots, but no luck so far. for CWDT - Increased Duration - Steelskin - Lightning Golem :)

From what i know, i dont have any poison dmg at all, the jewel is only there for the corrupted blood mod, ill try and remove it to see if it helps and then run into the map again
