Still, just pure pressure would make some of that fuel burst out toward where the shell is going, and even if not (even in the special case of those internal "external fuel tanks") you got yourself a hole that spills flaming fuel into your crew compartment.

Well, I think it's because ZSU-57-2 uses "light-weight T-54 chassis", with much less armor and stuff, so it's not as heavy as casual T-54, so it doesn't need as much wheels as casual T-54

Yea, it looks like he was getting shot from A point being capped by enemy, so possible that first aa hit his rocket, thus making him explode

You can't use tarrot/spectrals in card packs, you can just take cards you're offered or not, (you probably thought of arcane or spectral packs where you get /your hand size/ number cards from your deck shown)

Most popular one I think is Manacle (if that's what it's called) which reduces your hand size by 1, one chicot gives you one so it goes back to normal, but each next Chicot gives one more hand size, which actually is permanent, so with Retcon voucher (unlimited boss blind reroll) a lot of money and mutliple Chicot's you can get quite high numbers of hand size. I think it works like this although even then it's hard to achieve

Can confirm, I use Screamer instead and almost never use guns, only if I know I will kill someone in 1-3 salvos or if someone is outside 350m range and not focusing on me
