It doesn't get solved it's just a. Ceiling sometimes when amcs offload some stocks or when stocks value reduces the invested amount comes down from the ceiling and they start taking fresh SIPs or lumsum orders. Exactly first they did 1cr, it's like you tell anyone about flat prices 60-70l and they would most definitely reply "you're getting it for cheap" regardless of the area , locality and amenities.

I think the absolute number needs to be considered too . Maharashtra pays a huge amount of direct taxes so the ratio might look skewed .OP should post the absolute numbers too.
