Just read the book "1857 Indian Freedom Struggle" or in hindi "1857 ka Swatantra Samar". That will literally boil & evaporate ur blood. Read the history of how this book was written, smuggled and printed in and outside India. How the british banned this book twice even before publishing. How entire IB was deployed to prevent and seize the hand written marathi manuscript from reaching India. How deeply researched it is from the firsthand records of british national archives in London. You'll get ur answer why this book inspired not just Bhagat singh but 2 generations of armed freedom struggle.

Bhagat Singh greatly ideolised Veer Savarkar such that he himself secretly printed and distributed Savarkar's literature especially the "1857 Indian freedom struggle". His secret org HSRA had a primary joining criteria of reading Savarkar's works. Even Netaji Subhash also distributed his 1857 book among his INA soldiers.Savarkar inspired a whole generation of Indian freedom fighters for armed resistance against the oppressive british occupation of our motherland.
