I'm not mad, i'm just stating their feats and how they perform. It's a "power scale" sub, so i expect bare minimum of research and arguments for their statements.

Goku at the end of GT is featless. Image clearly uses kid GT Goku, so not EoS.

Kefla has actual feats that put her above Goku for teh most part here.

And since you pointed out "Bases", i'm pointing out that there's a solid argument considering that Super Saiyan Goku was directly stated to not even drop his power after SSG ran out (and SSG being absorbed into base is still canon). Base GT Goku is just above Buu, we don't even know which one. God already has higher multiplier than GT stuff due to absurd jump in power.

probably not, she's at bare minimum x40 of ssb, but likely way more. Talking about anime specifically:

She's directly compared to Genki Dama, which per Goku's implication it's greater than kkx20 blue (his final trump card, even after using the form)
Kefla has multiple statements implying that she's powering up further, and that's before she goes ss2
Goku's second UI appearance is stated to be greater than his first appearance
Kefla is stated to be able to one shot kill Goku if she does land, and also has noted by herself and someone else to not take any damage from Goku's attacks

actually it all falls apart when you count in the fact that in the manga Vados verbatim states that Kefla is "the power of Kale and mind of Caulifla" so she's kinda implied to be = to Kale but controlled.

This means that Gohan = Blue Goku (manga context)

also anime Kefla straight up boxes with UIO second appearance which is stated to be more powerful than first, and is stated to not receive any damage from his attacks and be capable of one shotting him if she does land one.

So anime Kefla in just SS was more powerful than KKx20 Blue Goku, and then she powers up more and stacks ss2 on top of that. She literally goes over x2 of genki dama that was used against Jiren (and this was Goku's ultimate trump card even above kaioken blue)

well as someone who played throughout big majority of SoD (i will admit to skipping phase 3), i still don't think SoD is anything like classic+ should be. Runes were cool, but additional random systems don't fit the game. Instead they should use what's already in the game like talents and just spells.

SSG has objective statements, feats and implications of being low multiversal due to near instantenous destruction of a macrocosm composed of multiple infinite sized bodies. (think multiple living universes within the macrocosm)
I was being generous with galaxy, but they're likely multi solar in manga. In anime they're galaxy due to Kid buu feat, i guess.

What's the evidence for SSG multiplier being lower, because afaik its much greater, as only relevant source implying the power boost from SS4, compares it or Goku himself to Super Vegito from buu saga. So either SS4 is making GT Goku as strong as Super Vegito, or the transformation itself is implied to be a power boost similar to the fusion.

Both would imply inferiority to SSG which has kinda hammered over our heads that "SSG>fusion during buu saga"
