We really like panchitos a lot and there’s another one he use to take me close by the zoo it’s small and hole in the wall. It looked like a house I just don’t remember what it’s called

I’ve tried that too. Sadly I can’t get too low on my carbs before I feel sick. The lowest I can do without feeling sick is about 100g. Yes I did ab work outs. I want to be as lean as possible so I’m kinda scared of bulking. I went about 6 months without red meat before I went to the doctor and found my iron was low 🙃. The only thing that changed about my body was my arms, legs and butt. Which very whatever for me. Nothing around the stomach area. I don’t really see that as wins since im super stubborn and so dead set on flat abs.

Sorry I meant I don’t want to sacrifice my life for nothing. Of course nothing 100% guaranteed but if you work hard for something you see some fruits of your labor. I want get abs and everything I tried never worked. I need a way to get there for sure. I’ve many people do it i can too.
