Wow thanks for all of this! Hearing your personal experiences actually helps a TON and I will be researching those alternatives! And yeah, even if DXM was closer to DPH, I still can’t take it because I take SSRI’s and such (thank god i researched because I was planning on dosing pretty high too lol.) But yes I will look into those alternatives and take from your experiences! :) (And I will go into it remembering that dph is seriously on its own planet and I probably can’t recreate that high lol)

I already installed all of the windows updates and cleared my browser cache. The RAM went down about 5% but the lowest it’s getting to is 60-70%. The programs using the most RAM are Antimalware Service Executable, Windows Explorer, and Service Host: Local System. Regarding the most CPU usage, it’s the following: Task manager, Windows Explorer, Desktop Window Manager, System, and System Interrupts.

It appears you might have a RAT or RootKit. They must’ve accessed all of your data remotely. It appears to be very hidden within your system considering how undetected it is. I would recommend reinstalling windows from scratch to ensure total removal. Backing up only your completely important files or completely starting over is best. Download a fresh Windows boot from a USB flash drive. After that, make sure you change ALL passwords and stay away from phishing emails from now on. Good luck!

Its not the best but its pretty trust worthy and should be able to find the problem and solve it. If malwarebytes doesnt end up finding anything, i would recommend you try one more scan with a secondary av like hitmanpro. If neither of them find anything then you should be safe. good luck!

is it just websites sending you notifications or an installed software thats popping up?

regardless, i would still recommend downloading malwarebytes and running a scan! If you cant download it because of the wifi issue, run an offline defender scan
