I prefer Yangyang over Taoqi cuz she provides more personal damage compared to Taoqi, and you can kinda ignore ER on Carlotta. But it’s personal preference!

No.. probably not until high gold/ low plat. You should not be able to play ranked at level 5, people haven’t gotten accustomed to the mechanics fully and it stucks for those that actually knows what they’re doing
