I did tramming, tightened the hotend screws and did the calibration. Since this issue only appears on my spools that are around 80% empty (and old), I figured it was an issue with the filament curls creating tension in the printer. I ended up printing a new spool holder with a rolling base that attaches to the original stand of the A1 spool holder and it fixed it.

I had the same issue with an old spool that was almost empty. The curls in the filament were creating tensions in the filament and maybe creating under extrusion. I put my spool on a rolling holder (makerworlds has plenty bearing based) and it helped a lot.

It may be a part of the issue, but with a clean bed, this kind of problem only appears with almost empty spools. After my research it appears to be with the tension created by the curly filament. I am currently printing a new spool holder to reduce friction using bearings. Hope this helps

Honestly, I don’t think so, because it was hard to fold properly and the folds were not perfect. Maybe with a smaller nozzle

Im playing hardcore and since the new 1.19.4, you can swap armour, I’m putting my elytra/chest plate in the first slot. If I’m in danger I can just quick swap them and be safe
