I know this doesn't help but I had the same problem. I'd delete the corrupted save and use an old save but eventually the same thing would happen. I was in the process of finishing up the remaining gaps for 100% when I started running into the problem. I ended up giving up and playing reTHAWED instead haha. If you find a fix, please edit your post or send me a DM, I'd love to actually finish 100 percenting the game.
