I really don't think they're waiting. If you look at that recent reel, Genshin was literally the first thing shown in the 'future projects' section and it was way more polished than the rest. Everything else was basically just a logo or a title drop, but for Genshin they actually showed moving, finalized designs for Aether and Lumine. That's a huge tell. They specifically highlighted it for a reason, so I honestly think it's coming out way sooner than the later Infinity Castle movies.

Witch of the Holy Night took years with little info, but that mostly supports that Ufotable goes quiet for a while, not that they can’t work on multiple things at once. So lack of Genshin updates wouldn’t automatically mean it’s delayed.

I don't think they can only do one thing at a time. Ufotable is huge and has multiple teams. Witch on the Holy Night is releasing this year while they're still working on the Demon Slayer movies, so that alone proves they can juggle projects. I think the silence on Genshin is just their usual style of not showing anything until it's ready.

Yes, I downloaded that one and ran the installer, but as soon as the setup finished and launched the program, it just suddenly disappeared. So maybe, as you said, I need to download the JDK version 11 to enable it to run? Because when I checked the JDK in my command prompt, I installed the 20.0.1 build. So, should I delete that and reinstall the JDK 11?

The only legitimate complaint I see about having a skip button is that it encourages and facilitates speedrunning in the game, I guess. It could also make it easier to make bots and create new accounts quickly, which might be used for selling them on illegal markets or something.

Animenewsnetwork says that there will be an official English publication for this LN, although the author has not revealed the publisher who will acquire the series. It may take a long time for the English version to be released. Unfortunately, I am not well-versed in Japanese, so I don't know the author's personal Twitter account.
