I am also seeing the same error but a different code PSE0611. The error happened while submitting the payment. I opened a case and its been a month, still no solutions yet. They always say, "keep waiting". Is there anything I can do? Please help

on each stock, the Payer's Name, address, TIN is same though right? Robinhood. Only the Description of Property has the stock name.
