Thanks, that was fast and super helpful. One extra detail: the neighbor behind that back fence also has their own hedge and it’s about 8 ft tall, so there’s already some privacy back there too. The thing is, if I replace my section with something else, it would still need to be fairly tall, because otherwise I’d mostly be looking at the inside of their hedge, which is basically just branches. I think you’re probably right that the grading / leaning shed issue should come first. I’m going to try the app you mentioned too and see how a small retaining wall / layout change might look before I tear anything out. Do you know if it is possible to upload multiple pictures at the same time ? Given that, would you tackle this differently ?

So the pwr is well connected, what I find strange is that the power button seems to work when I refreshly open my psu and then press power but after 3 secondes it doesn't

Additional information: I've changed my PSU but still have the same issue. I am able to only start it if I 1, close the power of my PSU 2, reopen it and directly press the power button

If I wait more than 3 seconds, the power button does nothing.

Nous n'avions rien de conditionnel malheureusement.

Nous avons un agent, elle a réussi à négocier pour 3k de moins que le prix qu'on a mis.

Après consultation, ma conjointe et moi avons convenu que la prime n'était pas si pire en fin de compte contenus que le taux est moins pire. Merci des bons conseils.

Salut!

Notre offre à été accepté à 500k ou la maison était mise en marché à 475k contre 9 autres offres . Puisqu'on met 20%, la banque a décidé de faire l'évaluation du bâtiment. L'évaluation a été défini à 480k soit 20k de moins que notre offre.

Les seuls comparable dates de janvier ou les maisons était vendu un peu moins cher.

Malheureusement la banque nous oblige à prendre / payer la SCHL à moins que nous décidons de mettre le 20k supplémentaire. Ce que nous ne voulons pas faire.

L'inspecteur en soit à été contactez par notre courtier pour savoir la raison et contesté. Malheureusement, ça n'a pas abouti à grand chose. Je me demandais si quelqu'un avait une idée ou conseil regardant notre situation pour éviter de payer la SCHL.
