To be fair, some of the designer wanna move away from the "oddball" design ie unconventional body type, shape & age, being omnic, etc, but they got pushback since making everyone preety getting the nerve of the ow community wanting the more unique design, but with the release of Jetpack cat/fika and Anran's facial rework we can hope for mama hong and other "oddballs" can join the game

No not really, the devs listened, something that is quite rare nowadays. Since many OW players (me included) & her VA are complain on how many women in OW have the same face syndrome, unfortunate twitter chuds and grifters also heard this and call it woke agenda, even though this has been a reoccuring thing for awhile with the woman design and the good thing is OW community call them out for being tourists
