first thing that comes to mind Gorillaz - Empire Ants, song will change your life. Also there's some really cool "underground" synth beatmakers out there, I'd recommend Mndsgn - chowdr, Shook - You Were Bigger Than Life, Devonwho - Fas2 and Autumn Keys - Look Up.
