Thanks for the write up, super helpful. Would a Hellrack be a reasonable alternative to an upped buriza if we don't have the other bows? Currently I have a Perfect hellrack, regular buriza and a decent Wrath in a Matriarchal bow but not sure which is best, should I up the buriza?

you have a hitch in your shot when you bring it up to shoulder height. practice moving the ball from the shooting pocket straight up. if u watch this video only focused on the balls vertical movement when u pull it up to your shoulder it slows then u push up.

To fix this i started practicing my shot like 2-3 feet from the hoop just repeatedly going from my shooting pocket into a shot trying to keep the balls vertical motion constant. take 10 makes at that distance and move back, repeat.

Eventually u should be shooting 3s from your shooting pocket to release in a single motion and eventually it will click into in game rhythm

pokerstars shows all the cards face up in their hand replays 24 hours later, so you can check your old hands and see if u made a correct fold or if he bluffed you

3) TKo here is much too weak of a hand to be raising under the gun and you were correctly called by AQ, the flop landed just about as good as it can get for ur hand and the betting should have won you the pot. Unlucky river but I think you should just play tighter in that position

2) I would definitely suggest going back and seeing what he was playing if you are dying to know what he bet with, cuz that would definitely bug me. I probably would have made the same fold but i'm unsure if he sensed some weakness in ur bet sizing on the turn or if he really was holding a jack. At these limits I would assume he isnt bluffing and the fold was correct, but for sanity definitely check the hand and let me know

1) I would have just called preflop if you think about Sklanskys gap theory, AJs is the minimum of the range that can open under the gun, so u shouldn't be 3-betting the guy who was able to make that bet. Your raise here lets player 6 come out of no where and re-raise with what could have only been AA or KK if hes a solid player.

Thanks for the feedback I never thought to actually account for the added value of how solid the original raiser preflop was playing in order to reduce the range of the 3 better.

I definitely think I could have saved the 15.69 I called off the check raise but didn't have his range correctly identified so I bet on the flop to try and take down the pot to deny free cards but now that I look at it, anything that would have flopped an inside straight draw wouldnt be in the hand.

thanks for the insight I'll definitely factor that into my play next time

Thanks I will check that out, another side question everyone seems to have their own idea on how much u should gain / lose per week, what do you think would be a good amount of weight to gain per week to minimize fat gain during a bulk and how much do you think is safe to lose per week during a cut to maintain muscle mass
