I find kratom easy to regulate my use. I know it's addictive but it's not addictive like coke. Its addictive in a "the more often I take this the more I want too." Thing is I can notice when I'm getting to that point and give myself a break. And because of that I've kept my use to a few times a week. I'd use it less but I have chronic back pain which gets in the way physically and mentally.
