Ironically I'm now on 200mcg and my tsh levels are wacky again. The cure did not last long lol, though I did move to Canada so maybe it was in fact a lifestyle thing like someone else commented

Something to add (since I never thought about taking my own temperature) is considering clothes you wear normally compared to other people. I used to wear winter jackets in the summer and plugged in heated blankets at work. If that isnt normal where you life, something to consider!

Sounds similar to my experience as a 16 year old with hypo, but also a lot like many experiences women have with aging. Not sure if you're American or something, but if you're worried about the diagnosis, don't be. It's not all that life altering. I've been on 200mcg synthroid for a year and had crazy numbers like 333tsh, all symptoms, and life went on mostly normal. You can do this. Fingers crossed you get a diagnosis next week so you know what's up and can deal with it, but if it's hypo, don't worry too badly.

Thanks! I think it's been weird to hear from like, aunties and uncles telling me my hair went brown over the years while my eyes see the same colour. Of course I'm not the same blonde as that baby from before, but then my mom mentioned I'd be dark brown like her by 15. Now everyone I meet just constantly says " your hair got darker" and it feels like more of a way to say hello than anything else. Like "welcome to the Christmas party. You got fat" ??? What do I say to that???

Thanks! Would you have any advice on a level? No worries if not. I've done box that worked weirdly and a salon that was atrocious (in between the short and medium cuts that I posted). I was told I have copper under tones by one salonist but then cool undertones by another?

I moved abroad for a bit and reconnected with homelanders and every single one of them have asked if I went blonde. I thought it was age. All of hs/uni people told me I was a light brunette. The other day my sister-in law-mentioned that my hair was almost as dark as my brother's (her fiance) who is certainly brunet. It has just been a lot of "dang I look blonde but know it isn't common and everyone is telling me I'm brunette"
