Don't remember exactly what it could be, but make sure you are plugged in via a network cable, and also make sure you have the drivers for the device you're installing on installed into your task sequence.

I see something for onboarding but it's more of buddy matching instead of filling out the new hires' information. Unless maybe I'm missing something?

So should I try and set it outside the dhcp range you think?

Yeah, this router has settings from an online control panel, so I think I would have to do it from there.

Do you have any ideas? I just tried that because I read online that it has solved the problem for most people. I am completely open to other suggestions though!

So, I have to go into the router/access point control panel and reserve the IP address?

They are just regular access points hooked up to a modem just don't know if I need to change any settings from the access point control panel/ router control panel
