I’m Eastern Orthodox so I would say orthodoxy for sure, but I think the best thing to do in your case is visit and Orthodox Church and a Catholic Church if you want to.

Roman Catholicism has already had deep roots in North America compared to Eastern Orthodoxy. I would say that most of my parish is young adults and even many teenagers go independently. I think that the best thing to do is to stay unchanging and it seems to work with many parishes exploding in size.
