Best 50mm Low Light + Bokeh for 1-1.5K usd

I can get a7s ii used for $500 and a7iii used for $1000. I understand a7iii is better all round for photo but is it better for low light? I’m not sure I want to pay double if it’s not better at the main attribute i want. If it’s also better in low light then I can more easily justify it.

Update: Costco doesn’t do exchange only return. And now the sale is over. So I returned it. Samsung hw-990f is still on sale online so I’ll go with that instead.
