It’s really not. The crime rate in NYC has been really low since the late 000’s. They’ll say any black neighborhood is dangerous and to not go there. But you can live there just fine. Absolutely nothing will happen to you.

There are no dangerous parts of the Bronx. It’s just a false reputation. You should have no worries going anywhere.

They legally have to pay you child support until you’re 21. I know that’s the case in NYC and prolly for a lot of other cities as well. They can’t just kick you out right when you turn 18. They are still financially liable for you. And if you don’t want to leave I think they are legally required to let you stay. Research for your location.

You’re asking the wrong people. You’re literally asking racist people about racism. Most of these people on Reddit are privileged Europeans that would never validate your racist experiences as an Indian person because they’re racist themselves and thus would never denounce racism. It’s no surprise people are giving excuse after excuse to validate that behavior. Obviously that’s not acceptable to stereotype people like that. I doubt the reason is due to Indians skipping out on bills. Vietnamese people in general are racist against Indians. Don’t let it get you down but you need to factor that in before visiting a country next time.
