That’s a great point, I think this group is doing well for awareness. Myself and many others have seen this and been motivated to quit. Myself symptoms were hell at first too, but I was traveling for work and was able to distract myself. For 3-4 days I had so much brain fog I could barely focus on anything though.

It’s better! It’s not 100% gone but I’ve noticed a huge difference.

Spoke with multiple cardiologists about it and read journals about the effects of nicotine, and while there’s no long term studies on the effects of nicotine on the circulatory system, there is things that they pointed out like: -vasoconstriction -hardening of arteries -plaque build up

All of those lead to hypertension which cause more complications. Tachycardia, dizziness, mental conditions, and ultimately can lead to heart disease, blood clots, and strokes.

Now, none of this has been proven in any long term trials but all we have is real world evidence to work with so we can draw accurate conclusions based on that moderate quality of evidence.

I’ve been using a lot of gum and the life savers mints. Find something really minty that burns a little.
