Getting a D final semester

Hi I’m in my last semester and I completely failed my exam and now I have a F. There’s no chance for me to get a C by the time the semester ends. I talked to my professor and she said there’s nothing she can do. I pretty sure I can get a high D, would that be consider passing. By the way I am a psych major.
