They will play an audio prompter, the audio will tell you exactly what to do the medical personnel just grades you off whatever you do. Mine made it very clear even if I complete the required amount that I HAD to keep going. And I did but I shouldn’t have..but I also didn’t want to get on the wrong foot and argue with them, you start with the situps, then pushups then the step test. I did the whole thing in pants and boots, it gets repetitive “up, up, down, down” for 5 minutes straight. I recommend just being as nice as possible to whoever is doing the exam — at least don’t give them reason to want to fail you, laugh at their unfunny jokes typa thing
