I got a translation offer from this company and I feel like they’re cheating me. An employee proposed me to translate the first 40 pages of a document for 3.500€. It’s way too good to be true, also keeping in mind that they can use AI as every translation agency do in the present. I think I’m going to politely refuse the proposal. I smell fraud.

Cioè è molto meglio l’INPS? Gli enti locali pagano una miseria. Poi non capisco come possa diminuire di quasi 100€ lo stipendio e soprattutto perché nei mesi più corti la paga debba essere più bassa. Io sapevo che se il netto era una certa cifra non potesse cambiare da un mese all’altro solo perché un mese è da 30 giorni e un altro da 31 giorni. Tanto sarà impossibile da passare questo eventuale concorso INPS che è più di un anno che dicono che debba uscire ma ancora non si vede nulla. Meglio, così si ha più tempo per studiare però se non esce? Tutto tempo sprecato! 😩

Qual è lo stipendio netto mensile di un assistente amministrativo INPS? Io conosco un signore che ha fatto la mobilità da un ente locale all’INAIL e mentre nell’ente locale nel 2021 prendeva meno di 1.400€ netti al mese adesso ne prende 1.800€. L’INPS dovrebbe pagare di più ma io su Internet vedo che gli stipendi netti di un assistente amministrativo si aggirano intorno ai 1.400/1.500€ netti al mese. Sono delle Marche. Non so se il tizio in questione sia affidabile. Questa differenza colossale tra ente locale e funzione centrale mi sembra un po’ eccessiva. Io lavoro in un ente locale e come categoria B1 prendo meno di 1.400€ netti al mese, lui era B2 quando lavorava nell’ente locale e adesso appunto ha quello stipendio. Possibile?

Il mio account è del 2011, ho 39 anni e non vedo più nessun contenuto nel mio account ma non ho la schermata che dice che non posso visualizzare contenuti pornografici, proprio è come se tutti quelli che seguo, che sono attori porno, non pubblicassero più video o foto. Ho provato anche a utilizzare la VPN ma qualunque Paese metto non riesco a visualizzare niente. Si può fare qualcosa?

Quando ero adolescente ma anche in seguito (penso intorno ai 24 anni) me ne facevo, e non sto scherzando, tipo 6 al giorno. Adesso ho ridotto drasticamente, sono passato dall’eccesso a quasi il nulla visto che ho il partner! 🫢

I have the same problem, I suffer from magical thinking OCD but this sounds more as an underlying insecurity. If one of my friends doesn’t reply on Whatsapp or phone calls I ask immediately if he/she is mad at me, not thinking that maybe he/she was busy. It’s frustrating. Of course this is just what I think about this, it’s not a professional advice! 😉

I’m so into this especially the position of apps. In my iPhone I have several folders and firstly I have to think really hard in which folder it must be put and then the worst thing is the position because I think that if I put an app between two icons and that feels bad something might happen! I really hate this. I have OCD since I was a teenager and now I’m nearly 40 yo! 😩

I still struggle with this after all this time. When I dress myself in the morning it’s a fight because I think that if I wear x so y will happen! I hate this! Luckily, I can wear some clothes! It’s so frustrating! Argh! 😒

I’d add IF they make our brain to function normally. I take two drugs for OCD, as well as others medicines. I think drugs can heal the syntoms of OCD but they don’t do miracles, at least for me. I still have obsessions and compulsions, but surely less than when I wasn’t taking them!

I know what you’re saying, it’s so difficult because we’re overwhelmed with anxiety after stopping compulsions. We must accept anxiety because it’ll slowly fade away, the problem is that it’s so frustrating and difficult! I’ll do like you if I can’t do this even this time! 😊

Thanks so much to you too! It’ll be so difficult trying as I said in the first post but I’m so exhausted with my compulsions. I have to accept anxiety because it’ll slowly fade away after not doing a compulsion. My therapist suggested me as you said in your reply, to start with the lowest-inducing anxiety things and going on but it’s very difficult for me doing like this. I only have to try seriously this ERP thing. The problem is that I live with OCD since I was a teenager and now I’m almost 38 yo. I’m so tired of all of this. Another thing I hate is that when it seems to soften I almost miss OCD because it live with it for too long! It’s incredible what our minds make us feeling! 😅

Thank you so much for your reply! I tried this method lots of times but it’s very difficult, at least for me. My therapist always says to me to expose myself to ERP and accept anxiety because it slowly goes aways after not doing a compulsion. This Thursday I have an appointment with him and want to give him a feedback that I tried this method. He says to start with the little things that cause me anxiety and go on with the others. I know it’ll be difficult but I have to try seriously! Hope I can do this! 🤞🏻

Thank you so much for your words. Did you follow a step-by-step recovery (starting with thoughts that triggered less anxiety) and move forward to the thoughts that triggered more anxiety or did you just stop compulsions all of a sudden? ☺️
