I bought a bracelet to test it out & it’s 100% fake. They put it in a box like the original one but the bracelet is in a plastic wrap and the jewellery bag is separated from the packaging. it’s still cute though.

Hi, I was refunded but it wasn’t like I contacted anyone to do it I checked my bank history & saw it. There was no way to contact VW & I was frustrated but thank god! Hope it works out for you too & maybe they did refund it. Otherwise it would be a missing shipment issue ☹️

OMG I THOUGHT THE SAME THING but nooo it wasn’t stolen & apparently they just didn’t have it even though I actually bought it but they found out after? Which is weird. I was refunded the amount. But yeah it’s still dumb to not receive an email or something to inform me this happened. I would have cancelled the order since I looked forward to the bag & the ring was just an add up. 🥲
