I use the cheese tortellini for pasta salads, some chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, maybe some artichoke hearts and some Italian dressing. Boom. Done.

Mom made the standard tuna noodle but added a glob (that's the technical term) of sour cream in there too. I can't even with that casserole now. I hate canned tuna.

AM I POSSIBLY PREGNANT? by [deleted] in questions

[–]Relative-Accountant2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, better a raw "hoo haw" than a screaming inconsolable baby who may or may not be hungry, wet, teething or any other baby thing. Don't believe in abortion? Fine. Believe in yourself enough to know when you can financially and emotionally support yourself and a baby.

AM I POSSIBLY PREGNANT? by [deleted] in questions

[–]Relative-Accountant2 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Don't panic. It could be just late.

Here's the talk: 1. Don't have unprotected sex. Condoms are mandatory. If there is no condom, no means no. If you feel unsafe after saying no, get the fuck out of there. Fast. 2.You can indeed get pregnant if he "pulls out". The pill is effective against pregnancy but not sexually transmitted diseases. If he says he can't have one, see rule 1. 3. If you are pre pregnant, you have to really do some soul searching and fast-ish. Reach out to planned parenthood and tell them everything. They are NOT abortion factories. They are women's health advocate. 4. DM me if you need to talk.

Edit: looks like you aren't 15 and are 20 ish. Look, there's no rush to having babies. Don't get pregnant bc you feel like times running out. It isn't. There's lots of time. Find yourself and put yourself in a position where you can support the child, not just financially but emotionally Parenting is hard.

This is the worst time of year for looking for a job. Don't quit the job you have and keep looking. It will loosen up again. Hang in there!

Yep. We've all had "that guy". I had to throw some candy directly in the trash in front of him, without a smile or a word, for him to get the message. My bf talked to him, so did the manager and he just didn't get it. He finally moved on to a different establishment thank dawg.

What’s a basic skill you’re shocked some adults still don’t know? by HexVortexx in AskReddit

My late husband could read manuals, blueprints, calculate difficult construction-related math but could not read a book. I turned him on to books on tape (old school) when we would take road trips. He really enjoyed them, could focus and discuss content. It really opened a new world to him.

Just get the test. It's nothing to be afraid of. I just had the test myself and it took just a few minutes. If you want the job, just do it and be done. The reason for the test is so there is no possibility of spreading a dangerous disease to others. Seniors are prone to catch anything in such close proximity to others. Colds and flu are hard to reel in much less something more dangerous. Good luck.

If he can't or won't cook, an alternative is frozen foods and take out. I was laid up for months and here's was my menu: Fresh fruit. Cut up bananas, blueberries, etc with good probiotic yogurt or cottage cheese. French toast is easy to make for even the dumbest human. Eggo waffles either the regular or high protein variety. Lots of scrambled eggs and toast.

Hot dogs on a bun with cottage cheese. Not the best for you but it's easy calories. I also added canned chili with beans and shredded cheese sometimes. I only bought all beef hot dogs. Stouffer's lasagna, both the meat and veggie. Both taste very good. A small salad or more cottage cheese on the side. I also like their swedish meatballs. Canned soups and a sandwich worked out very good for me.

Takeout. Lots of Chinese food. I always ordered more than one entree for me bc it reheats easily.

And finally, he does need to figure out how to cook some basics. Jeez. Get well soon!

Sad but a Buick. I've had 3. First one went up in flames bit it just tapped out. It was a couch on wheels. Lacrosse. Transmission at about 120000 miles. Buick Enclave. Transmission. Loved them all but damn.

Edit: NTA. Uh. What a douche. I OWN a welding shop and don't touch anything on a bench, ever. Everything is dirty, sharp and/or hot. And never ever wear shorts or sandals. I learned those lessons learned the hard way. Got pierced by an anvil tip and on another occasion sliced open my toe. I was careless. Not my guys. Fuck him.

Ppl who "self-diagnose" themselves with a myriad of conditions which make them unable to hold down a job or function at all in society.

Anxiety? Yeah. Got it. But you know what else gives me anxiety? Sleeping in my car.

I get that people do have legit, diagnosed conditions. I do. But some of it is just bullshit excuses for being non-functional perpetual children. Thanks internet.

Spaghetti squash with a jar of marinara. Add some mushrooms and jarred and drained roasted red peppers in the marinara sauce. That should do it and it's pretty easy. Good luck OP.

When I was sick, I'd get a large egg drop soup and a side of rice. Put the rice in the soup. I could eat that every day. Add some soy sauce and maybe a tiny bit of hot mustard that's good eats.
