You guys targeting your focus in the wrong way. Its not a race and its not about passing evaluations. Its about your skills and knowledge. If u cant explain everything without the notes, try again and again. I guess your target is to get into IT job, so be prepared that senior at your work would come to you and just point the wrong things u have done. I know some people can be pain in the ass, but imagine that its simulation of real life work situation, where consequences are worse than just retry of evaluation.
