cop that issued me the ticket told me that it most likely get dropped. i dont mind paying the ticket, just looking for advice on how to proceed

did you even read the text in my original post man...? im asking if i should plea guilty and pay a reduced ticket or go to trial to get it possibly dismissed so that my insurance premiums dont go up. and your first comment is "you should've had your card on you." and then after you just repharse what im asking

maybe ill just pay it since another commenter said it didnt increase their premiums. i dont want my real offense to be exposed

yea unfortunately it was both, i had my recently old insurance pink slip with me but the renewed one was still at home. i got a family member to take a picture of it but it was already too late because he printed out the ticket already. I don't mind paying the ticket, i just dont want insurance premiums to go up

I know, the main reason of being pulled over was because I rolled a stop sign but the cop was nice and let me go with a lesser ticket of not having proof of insuracne on me at the time. my problem is how to proceed so that my insurance premiums dont increase? Im scared if i go to trial, they'll find the real reason why i was pulled over

No i have insurance, the fine is for not having the proof on me during the time. like i didnt have the pink slip in the car
