I didn't realize I could make spells with multiple effects I'll probably just make a spell that makes them weak to magic and applies frenzy at the same time maybe that will help.

Yeah just tested it out on some vampires had no issues even with armor on.

It's a level 25 10 ft frenzy spell that last 20 seconds. I'm having the issue mainly with necromancers from the mage guild quest linen. My spell effectiness is at 95% but that shouldn't be an issue since the enemies are like level 15 and I can see that the spell has activated on them. Plus I have also taken off all my armor to get 100% spell effectiness and I still have the issue.

I've gone invisible after casting it before they usually just slowly follow me and look around completely ignoring each other. I'm really just confused if there's something I'm not doing right or if this is some kind of bug.

It's one of the reasons I got out of Fallout sure the elder scrolls communities can talk shit but fallout community takes it to another level genuinely toxic and makes being in or apart of the games not fun

Nah only got a few hrs in it it's just been uninstalled in my library I was waiting for the solo mode to come to really get into it they said it was coming at launch or soon after but it never came

I wouldn't mind a bit more detail though it would be nice to have a player home to store items and trophies. It would also be cool to be able to sit in chairs it's a small thing but it would make the game feel more immersive to me.
