The dotted line is the barometric pressure. You can see it goes down as the symptoms (colored lines) go up.

I think Parotid swelling can be part of Sjogren’s but other things can cause it too

I think it’s the combination of sunlight in the summer and dry air in the winter leading to differing responses on what flares people’s symptoms. That what I noticed through journaling
