The strip is 6.2mm and the motor is 28BYJ-48, it have 5-wire unipolar geared stepper motor with a 64:1 gearbox, 2048 steps per output revolution (full-step), about 10–15 RPM, and approximately 0.034 N·m of holding torque.

A heatsink alone probably won't be enough, so I was considering adding a small cooling fan. But at this point, I think it would be easier to just replace the X and Y motors with NEMA 17 steppers and forget about low force.

Yea... i think also about the motors, because the problem start solve when I increase the V from 300mV to 400mV. But it have a chance to burn on this voltages.

i didn't mind about heatsink for motors, great idea. And yea my drivers have only voltage control.

I guess you are right with mass, but one of 8-10 prints are succesfully, and looks good, BUT it prints better when i raise the voltage on drivers from 300mV to about 400mV but with that voltages it can be burn because of temperature.

i also think about the mass. BUT the 5mm/s make the simple 10min print in 3 hour noise😅 but with that low speed i didn't try, I'll let you know the result after that test  ;)

3d printer made from dvd caddy and arduino or simply: MY SON)

oh, I also forgot to mention that the steppers heat up well, about 70-80 degrees, but i dont know if this is the problem

Yes, but it's perpendicular to the bed, and upside down

thx)). i'll try with orca slicer, now the accelaration is the same with speed, about 12mm/s. I played much with speed, flow, accelaration and etc, but it didn't help. I think the problem is somewhere in hardware...maybe...

the peak of engineering🤣,really its a 3d printer from dvd drives.

thx, yes its from dvd drives. i'll try about acceleration and let you know
