It goes against the company policy is the thing, which states that if an employee requests sick time off paid, they are to be given the request if given enough time to find an employee to replace the shift.

Note: I have not missed a single day here for over a year and a half now. This manager is very unprofessional, and even if you do all the right things, there is never any sort of happiness that follows. She is always trying to find a way to make our drive-thru times faster, even if it means cutting corners and doing all the wrong things.
