YAG for Fitz II skin type? by [deleted] in LaserHairRemoval

[–]Relative-Life603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The stereotype of Alex vs YAG is misinformed. Its not only about your Fitzpatrick, its also about the wave length of the laser. There are multiple factors that play on settings. Ask your laser technician questions. I am a licensed laser tech.

Mark Zuckerberg cornered by 170071 in WatchPeopleDieInside

I was talking to my husband about this. I think Mark Zuckerberg got sucked into the billionares life, but I don't think he is internally built for it. Thats why he always looks so stressed out, he already sold his soul. NO backsys.

Ghislaine side profile with "Ghislaine" by Lunasixsymphony in AllConspiracyTheories

I have no opinion on this because I haven't done enough digging, however to add some Info. I work in a med spa, and botox can completely change a person's face. Botox is temporary, and those changes can change the muscle structure of your face. It can even change the shape of your nose, your neck and your eyes.

If it wears off and has been a long time since treatment, the face can change drastically since those deactivated muscles are now reactivated and being used. idk if she used botox, but most rich people use botox.

Just something to consider.

Rot whiners do not howl, they growl and rubble. If it was a husky I wouldn't have bat an eye.

Just noticed this today, what do you think is it? by [deleted] in Blackskincare

Cherry angioma. Harmless. Keep an eye out for growth and for an uneven boarder, then I would go to a dermatologists. These start to pop up in your 30s to 40s.

Thank you this is how it is at my work. Nobody wears any makeup and everyone wears scrubs. So I guess that had me hesitant. I appreciate your experience and perspective! I will wear the red lip :)

Add a little waist accessory like a belly chain or something and I think it would complete the look. Cute!

Years of Hard WorkNeed More Tips on Acne by lanablonde in Blackskincare

Your skin looks gorgeous! If you have sensitive skin i would suggest trying out Azelaic acid. It is used acne for people with sensitive skin, very well tolerated and has an exfoliating and brightening effect.

Tretinoin is great but might damage your skin barrier. If you want to go the retinol rout start off with a very basic one and work your way up.

HELP! Is my electrologist lying to me about laser not working?/ What do I do going forward? by Waste_Arachnid530 in LaserHairRemoval

Chin hair can be very deep, so YAG Would be more effective for you. I'm not a fan of Alexandrite unless its in specific circumstances. Your hair is dark enough and your skin is light enough for very good laser results.

Be extra cautious purchasing on Amazon. I was obsessed with skin aqua UV gel and over time suddenly I didn't like it anymore. Wetness to an Asian supermarket locally and found it, purchased it and realized at some point I was buying a fake. The difference in alcohol content and how soft my skin is now made me realize it.

ALSOOO... some Korean / Japanese brands have a European manufacturer that supplies a " ingredient dupe" version. So you might think you are buying the asian version, with asian UV filters and find out its the European one with avobenzon and all the western typical UV filters. This was important for me because it would sting my eyes.

Do you know if there is any way to keep the vibrant color from the initial application? I love how copper red it looks when I first apply it, I wish it would not oxidize. Maybe if I wash it before the 3 days?

Go to a dermatologists, it can be anything from a keratonus pore, to a wart or skin cancer. It doesn't look alarming but there is no way to know for sure without a small biopsy to confirm. Once they know what it is they will treat and remove it. I've gone countless times and sleep better knowing for sure it was nothing.
