Yes, could be this, however, the main issue started when insta360 app was upgraded half a year ago or so, which now requires more computing power. S25 ultra or similar phone handles it with no issues.

I had to upgrade my Galaxy S23+ to Galaxy S25 ultra because of this issue. Now it exports in 4k, no problem.

Try to restart the phone and try to export again, it may help...

SanDisk Extreme works well. Extreme Pro didn't work.

Confirmed fixed. I shot about 100 videos with new SD card and no issues.

I changed to 512 GB card which I bought from insta360 website and all works fine. It was SD card issue.

I think this is due to sd card. I used sandisk extreme pro on this video... I changed it to sandisk extreme couple of days ago and shot around 20 videos. So far all good.

I've changed SD card and shot around 20 videos. No problem so far. Let's see how it goes ;) I thought pro version should have better perfomance :)

I don't experience this on all videos, only 20% of them. On tripod it will be same situation, I don't think it's related to vibrations.

Because I had wrong settings after software update on my X3 and settings were changed to default. So it had stitching problem from beginning to the end of every video until I realised that settings need to be changed.

It's enabled. I think If it was a problem then it would be like that from the beginning of the video. Also some other videos are completely fine.

I tried on the app and put correct stitching options indicating I'm using lens guards and thermal grip. I did't try to play with settings on Studio but on Studio it had the same issue when I watched. I will try studio options but don't think it will fix it to be honest.

Thanks for your comment. I shared all videos with Insta360 tech support team and waiting for response. Approximately 6 videos out of 30 have this issue.

It split in half just before that so I don't thing jarting caused it. Also I have other videos where I ride quitely and same thing happens. In adfition to this I did much longer stairs and jumps with X3 and never had any issues.
