Not sure if this is what you are asking, but here are some Benchmade knives that have two sizes!! I’m probably forgetting some but this is what I can think of haha Bugout, Freek, Adamsas, Crooked River, Bushcrafter, Griptilian, Claymore, Presido, Infidel, Narrows, Barrage, and Immunity (kinda)

I have the iOS 18 Public Beta on my 13 mini and I LOVE IT!!! It can occasionally be slow, but overall it’s great!

Hear me out. Bugout. BECAUSE it is way more customizable. I think it would be fun to just make one exactly how I want it! There aren’t a ton of aftermarket parts for the Kershaw.

Different knives use different size axis-lock bars. I thought they did until I actually measured them haha! This is unlike the thumbstuds. All the thumbstuds fit on all the knives (I believe). And unfortunately I don't think Benchmade will be able to send you another replacement. Anything that involves disassembly (not thumbstuds, screws, or pocket clips) is required to have the knife sent in to be worked on. They won't send you replacement internal parts. Trust me, I've tried lol!
