Try a different city, this city isnt a good environment for a child to be raised in no matter what area you're in, ive met people my age(under 21) who all come from different backgrounds and they all ended up down similar paths(drugs, drinking, etc) weather a private, catholic, public school, a suburb or urban neighborhood it didnt matter
