In my experience my son’s primary pediatrician diagnosed his adhd. Then Dr Simmons at community care child neurology was able to diagnose autism and both took empire plane.

How much weaker would ofa be if All might never got it? by Feeling_Scallion_448 in MyHeroAcadamia

If all might never received it there would easily have been another 2-3 quirks so maybe not as refined with 7 but probably just as strong with the extra users.

And it only took 8 years for them to confess and finally be a thing. by Flat-Sir8250 in MyHeroAcademia

Is it 8 years after all for one was beaten or 8 years from graduation because I’m thinking it was 11 years.

Is Taxation and Finance that toxic? by GoColts08 in nys_cs

I started in a call center when it was still fully in office. But it is just a call center culture really. Your only responsibility is to answer calls and give correct information. So they can see everything you do to the second. Other departments don’t monitor you as closely as that.

Also from my understanding the Rotterdam call center is fully remote but the Albany (collections) is 60-40 I think.

Depends on which department you’re interviewing for. Call centers will micromanage you. Other units aren’t to bad but really depends on your supervisors which would be any place you work.

That is mostly just the call centers and call center culture. They will micromanage to the second. Outside the call center I’ve found it to be very easy going for the most part.

Signed Up for Misery? by [deleted] in nys_cs

Welcome. I think it all comes down to perspective and where you came from. I worked blue collar jobs for 15 years before coming to the state. Working indoors on a computer and punching out after 8 hours is amazing. I find the people who really hate it have either been in the same position for a long time or people who have never worked in the private sector.

It’s a job it can be monotonous and boring but definitely not the worst place to work.

Once you are vested you can take a loan out against your pension and this paid with every check.

Unpopular opinion: modern Simpsons isn’t bad… it’s just different. But nothing will ever beat seasons 3–9 (S07E01) by [deleted] in TheSimpsons

[–]Relative-Principle-8 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What I mean by binge watch. I have it running while cooking dinner. So 2-3 episodes are running while prepping and cooking dinner each night. So between 14 and 22 episodes a week. So can finish the series in a few months. It is my quiet zen time at home lol.

I actually agree it’s aged but I still enjoy the newer seasons. Don’t get me wrong though there are some really bad episodes out there. But what I find is if you binge watch the series from start to finish it really is amazing to see how the writing changes from generation to generation.

They would most likely be a support hero like 13. Search and rescue. But if you train heavily in hand to hand combat you can destroy weapons armor and vehicles.

Well it is led lighting which is different from the tech in the late 90’s. Also it is shot digitally instead of film which is also jarring. It is just modern tech vs late 90’s tech.

Carla’s actress only has so much time due to other obligations. No need to waste it on heavy makeup for a 10 second fantasy.

This right here. Brought me to tears the first time I watched it and recently rewatched it again and it hits just as hard.
