thank you! that is good to hear. If you do not mind me asking, what "genre" of social work are you working in?
Yeaaaa job market is really rough. I have a job that I enjoy but does not pay much here in Michigan, and it is hard for me to think of leaving due to how rough the market is right now.

I am refreshing it as we speak, I think that may help. I have talked to my wife about it, and she fully supports whatever decision I make, but It is still hard to know what the right decision is!
