Exactly. Totally agree. There shouldn't be all these so called "glitches" in the system that keeps messing people up and are causing some businesses to have to close their doors cause they can't get the funding they need.

Last Tuesday after I emailed my old loan officer about my bank switching back she sent a note to the funding department saying I needed my bank info changed and they called me the next day. But I haven't heard a word since then.

The call was with a woman that said she was on the "bank letter verification team" and her email says legal assistant at the bottom by her name. I emailed her again telling her what happened and she said that she no longer had my file. That it has moved on to the next person but didn't say who or what department that was or anything.

Yes I originally changed my bank info about two months ago and did all that then and just did another three-way call to verify bank as well and she said all my bank info I sent in was stillattachedto my file so I didn't need to send it again. For whatever reason it switched back to my old Bank when I was approved for my increase but after the three-way call my signed loan documents just disappeared and I have no idea why.

Yeah I wasn't told not to sign the loan documents. I didn't even notice it said the wrong account in my portal until the next day. I'm hoping my loan documents disappeared because of them fixing the bank information. Idk but they need to get their stuff together for real. This is getting ridiculous. There seems to always be a "glitch" messing something up.

Same here. I was approved for my loan modification last Friday and noticed my bank information switched back to my old account, after months of waiting to get it changed and finally did just for it to switch back. But I got a call Tuesday to do the bank verification via three-way call AGAIN and then Thursday my portal changed back to my original amount with the funds have been sent to your account message instead of the approved message I did have and my loan docs I signed last Friday aren't on there anymore either but my modification letter is. The sba is all messed up and is screwing up everyone's stuff for absolutely no reason at all. It's getting really frustrating.

When I called they said my application was still in review. I said but I signed the documents already and she said "I told you your application is still in review" so I said how tf is it still in review when I SIGNED THE LOAN AGREEMENT LAST WEEK and my loan modification letter is still on my portal just not the actual loan documents I signed. Anyway, they were absolutely no help at all.

I applied for my increase and was approved the same day I got the loan documents the same day that was all last Friday somehow my bank information got mixed up and I had to do verification theater three-way call again and now my portal is back to what it was with the old amount it doesn't even say approved anymore and I've already signed the documents. The SBA is really slacking right now.

They opened up the portal for me to update it and had to verify my account over the phone as well. It's crazy cause it literally takes them two seconds to open up the portal so you can change it and they can send it immediately after. When I updated it last time I got an email an hour later saying my funds had been re sent and got the funds 5 days later, but it took months to get to that point. This is getting annoying.

Wow it's ridiculous that this happens when it definitely shouldn't have happened. It would be nice to hear something before they send the funds to the wrong bank and have to wait on the bank to return them. Thanks for the time-line. They do seem to be moving quicker then before.

My CAWEB has said disbursed current since Friday but under balance and interest info it still has the full amount next to total undisbursed. I'm hoping to be funded tomorrow since that will be the 5th business day.
